近代中医骨伤名家杜自明理筋正骨手法介绍

杜自明(1877-1961年),满族,四川省成都市人。出生于正骨世家,从小随父习武、学医,1902年开始行医。临床经验丰富,在医界享有较高声誉,倍受患者欢迎。著有《中医正骨经验概述》、《扭挫伤治疗常规》、《增补少林十二式》。其治疗软伤(忍、摁、闪、凝)手法为分筋理伤、弹筋拨络、摇升降、点穴镇定(一指点压),治疗硬伤(卡、砥、碰、崩、骨折)手法为牵、卡、挤、靠。1理筋手法1.1分筋法用拇指指尖之桡侧面,或食、中、无名指3指并拢,仅用无名指指尖尺侧面在病变部位由上而下,循肌肉、肌腱之走向,施以压力,徐徐移行。在移行过程中,指尖与病变局部组织垂直,并横向左右移动,宛如蛇行状。
