手法整复并牵引治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折

肱骨髁上骨折,采取手法整复远折端出现旋转复位屡见不鲜。而旋转畸形愈合多并发肘内翻畸形被大家所公认。我科自2000年7月至2004年7月,共收治伸直型、尺偏型患者26例,效果满意,现报告如下。
