中文摘要:
目的:观察改良折顶正骨手法在儿童及青少年尺桡骨中下段双骨折治疗中的效果。
方法:尺桡骨双骨折52例,男42例,女10例;年龄1-15岁,平均12岁。下1/3段40例,中1/3段12例,均根据骨折移位情况采用正向折顶和斜向折顶、小夹板外固定治疗,观察其临床效果。
结果:52例随访4个月-2年,按尺桡骨双骨折疗效标准,尺桡骨下1/3段双骨折整复成功40例,其中治愈39例;中1/3段骨折整复成功11例,其中治愈10例。
结论:改良正骨手法治疗儿童及青少年尺桡骨中下段双骨折具有整复容易、固定可靠等优点。 |

| Treatment of double fractures of ulna and radius with modified manipulation |
|
ABSTRACT
Objective: To observe the effect of a modified manipulation used in the treatment of double fractures of ulna and radius in children and youth.
Methods: Fifty-two cases of the double fractures of ulna and radius included 42 male and 10 female with the average age of 12 years ranging from 1 to 15 years.There were 40 cases of the lower 1/3 fractures and 12 cases of the middle 1/3 fractures,each one was treated by modified manipulation and external fixation with splint.The clinical results were collected and analysed.
Results: All the cases were followed up from 4 months to 2 years.Forty cases of the double fracture of the lower 1/3 were reduced succesfilly,among them,bone healing was seen in 39 cases.Eleven cases of the middle 1/3 fractures were reduced successfully,among them,bone healing was seen in 10 cases.
Conclusion: The treatment of double fractures of the lower 1/3 and the middle 1/3 with modified manipulation and external fixation in children and youth is practicable.It has the advantages of easy reduction and reliable fixation. |
