中文摘要:自1984年法国的神经放射学医师Galibert和Deramond经皮椎体成形术(vertebroplasty)成功地治疗1例C2椎体肿瘤,Vertebroplasty迅速地成为治疗骨质疏松性有关的椎体压缩骨折的选择趋势。后来又发展了可矫正后凸畸形的椎体后凸成形术(kyphoplasty)。近年来,学者们开始将Vertebro-plasty这一技术应用于创伤性胸腰椎骨折的治疗中,取得了可喜的成果。本文就这一技术的发展概要、临床应用、生物力学、并发症及充填材料等研究进展进行概述。

Progress in research on vertebroplasty for the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures
ABSTRACT  Since French neuroradiologist Galibert and Deramond successfully treated one case C2 vertebral angioma by percutaneous acrylic vertebroplasty,vertebroplasty has quickly become an excerpt tendency for the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures.Kyphoplasty was afterwards developed which can correct kyphosis.Scholars have begun applying this technique to the treatment of traumatic thoracolumbar fractures and made gratifying achievement in recent years.This paper overviews the current progress in the research on vertebroplasty development synopsis,chinical application,biomechanics,complications and filling materials.
