中文摘要:
目的:探讨儿童骨折的特殊性,对有限内固定治疗效果进行分析。
方法:回顾分析手术治疗的132例儿童骨折病例,男107例,女25例,年龄4~13岁,平均8.3岁。粉碎性骨折60例,横断骨折34例,斜形骨折29例,螺旋骨折9例。开放性骨折44例;新鲜骨折123例,骨折4周内9例。合并其他部位骨折43例57处。
结果:132例均获随访,随访时间6个月~5.5年,平均1.32年。根据评定标准:优良129例,差3例(1例严重肘内翻畸形,1例膝关节屈伸部分受限,1例术后2年余患肢增长12.5mm)。术后创面感染13例,合并肺炎5例。
结论:儿童不稳定性骨折适时有限内固定结合外固定疗效可靠并能减少并发症的发生。 |

| Minimally invasive and limited internal fixation for the treatment of fracture in children |

ABSTRACT
Objective:To explore the specially of children′s fracture and to analyze the therapeutic efficacy of limited internal fixation for its.
Methods:One hundred and thirty-two children′s fractures after operation were retrospectivly analyzed,including 107 boys and 25 girls with an average age of 8.3 years(range from 4 to 13 years).The comminuted fracture,transverse fracture,compound fracture and spiral fracure were 60,34,29,9 cases respectively.Among the children,44 fractures were open and 123 were fresh.Forth-three cases (57 places) combine with fractures of other parts.
Results:All patients were followed up from 6 months to 5.5 years with an average of 1.3 years.According to criterion of evaluation:129 cases obtained excellent and good results,3 poor(1 case had severe cubitus varus,1 case had limited knee joint flexion-extension,1 affected extremity grew 12.5 mm longer in 2 years after operation).Thirteen cases suffered from infection and 5 cases had complicated pneumonia after operation.
Conclusion:Limited internal fixation and external fixation at the right moment can obtain reliable effect,which can decrease complication. |
