| 中医对儿童肱骨髁上骨折旋转移位的认识及临床分型 |

中文摘要:
目的:探讨儿童肱骨髁上骨折旋转移位产生的病因病机及临床分型特点。
方法:对165例儿童肱骨髁上骨折,根据骨折远端移位情况,按分型标准进行分类整理与统计分析。
结果:基本类型3种,亚型18种。各类型中占比例较高的前4种依次为:伸直尺偏外旋型(36.2%)、伸直桡偏外旋型(18.7%)、伸直尺偏型(9.6%)、伸直尺偏内旋型(7.8%)。所统计3大类型按所占比例高低依次为:伸直类型,旋转类型,屈曲类型。
结论:伸直类型和旋转类型是儿童肱骨髁上骨折最常见的类型,而旋转类型又常与其他类型同时并存,本分型法是根据移位的方向去命名,在原有的伸直类型和屈曲类型的基础上新增旋转类型,每个类型又分了若干小类型,这样就基本概括了骨折远端各个不同方向的所有移位,也符合中医辨证、辨病施治的原则,具有准确施法、辨证分型论治的临床意义。 |

| Rotational displacement and classification of supracondylar humeral fractures in children with Traditional Chinese Medicine |

ABSTRACT
Objective:To investigate the etiology of rotational displacement and classification of supracondylar humeral fractures in children.
Methods:One hundred and sixty-five patients with supracondylar of humerus in children were analyzed in typing standard.
Results:The fracture was classificed into basic three types and eighteen subtypes.According to the order of proportion in types,they were extension,rotation and flexion and in eighteen subtypes the four most common were extension-medial tilting-external rotation (36.2%),extension-lateral tilting-external rotation (18.7%),extension-medial tilting (9.6%) and extension-medial tilting-internal rotation (7.8%).
Conclusion:The classification notes all directions of displacement and their indication. |
