中文摘要:
目的:寻求解决椎板切除所引起的并发症的有效方法。
方法:通过对12例胸腰椎管折合并截瘫的患者,采用后入路、脊髓前后减压、内固定椎板再造椎管成形的方法进行治疗,并进行随访观察。
结果: 经平均2年1个月随访,植骨全部愈合,再造椎板、椎管优良率83.6％,神经功能获平均1.7级恢复。
结论:椎板再造椎骨成形不仅避免了医源性椎管狭窄,而且重建了脊椎的后柱结构,恢复了脊椎的稳定性,不失为一种后路治疗胸腰椎骨折并截瘫的良好方法,值得采用。 |

| The clinical observation of thoracolumbar fractures treated with laminal reconstruction and spinal canal-plasty |

ABSTRACT
Objective:To find the effective Methods for solving the complications resulting from lamin-cotomy
Methods:12 cases of thoracolumbar fractures with Pott's paraplegia were treated with posterior spine cord post-anterior discompression internal fixation with laminal reconstruction and spinal canal-plastics and all of them were be followed up.
Results:All patients were be followed up for average of 25 months. All bone graft fusion are successful,83.6% of laminal reconstruction and spinal canal-plastics are excellent.Neurological status improved 1.7 Frankel grade.
Conclusion:The laminal reconstruction and spinal canal-plastics can not only pretend the medical vertebral canal stenosis,but also can reconstruct spine posterior columns,strengthen spinal stability. It is and effective method for treating thoracolumbar fractures with Pott's paraplegia. It is also worthy for application. |
