中文摘要:
目的:探讨椎板间隙入路椎间盘镜手术系统治疗腰椎间盘突出症的适应症、操作要点以及并发症处理。
方法:采用椎板间隙入路椎间盘镜椎间盘摘除术(Microendoscopic Discectomy,MEDⅡ)对腰椎间盘突出症患者行髓核摘除和神经根管扩大术。
结果:本组55例,随访3～12个月,根据中华骨科学会脊柱学组腰背痛手术评定标准:优49例,良6例,差0例。
结论:MED具有创伤小、恢复快、手术效果好的优点,适用于大多数椎间盘突出症。 |

| Laminar interspace approach for micro-endoscopic discectomy for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation |

ABSTRACT
Objective:To investigate the indication and the advantage of micro endoscopic discectomy(MED Ⅱ)for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation
Methods:MED Ⅱ was used to remove the nucleus and enlargement of the nerve root canal.
Results:Fifty five cases of lumbar disc herniation were treated with MED Ⅱ and followed up for 3～12months;the results in 49 cases were evaluated as excellent,6 as good,0 as poor.
Conclusion: The MED Ⅱ has the advantages of less trauma,early recovery and excellent effect.The MED Ⅱ can be used to treat the most types of lumbar disc herniation. |
