中文摘要:
目的：为了保护骨外膜,降低钢板对骨板的压迫导致的骨板吸收及骨结构紊乱,发生骨质疏松,影响骨愈合。设计一种柱桥式限制接触钢板,使其与骨间留一间隙,临床由胫腓骨扩大到其他四肢管状骨。
方法：采用本钢板用于四肢管状骨折,有闭合骨折、开放骨折、骨不连、骨折不连并骨髓炎、临床应用60例,进行术后3个月、6个月、12个月、24个月X线随访观察。
结果：60例全部一期愈合,无一例感染,骨不连及骨髓炎发生。骨痂长势好。
结论：柱桥式限制钢板保护骨外膜,减少对骨板的压迫,降低对骨的应力效应,点接触能保持骨的生理弹性,减少骨质疏松,有利于骨折愈合。 |

| Extraperiosteal fixation with contact limited plate for the treatment of fractures of tubular bones of limbs |

ABSTRACT
Objective:A contact limited plate was designed for leaving a space between bone and the periosteum for protection of the latter by decreasing bone plates compression following bone plate absorption,bone structure disturbance and osteoporosis,all of which will influence bone union.The plate were used on tibio-fibular fracture and then extended to the treatment of limbs tubular bone fractures.
Methods: 60 cases of closed fracture,opened fracture,nonunion,nonunion with osteomyelitis were treated with the plate and followed up with X-ray at 3 months,6 months,12 months,24 months after operation.
Results:60 cases healed and no infection,nonunion and osteomyelitis occurred.
Conclusion: This plate can protect periosteum,decrease bone plates compression and bone stress effect,keep bone physiological elasticity,decrease osteoporosis and benefit to fracture healing. |
