中文摘要:
目的:研究中药接骨丸对肾虚骨折愈合的治疗作用。
方法:24只种兔造成桡骨中段0.7cm缺损并分成三组,对照组和用药组用强的松造成家兔肾虚模型,空白组不用激素。用药组口服中药接骨丸,另两组自然饮食,术后第3、6周取材,观察中药接骨丸对肾虚模型动物骨折修复的影响。
结果:对照组动物骨痂修复指标均低于空白组和用药组,中药接骨丸有拮抗强的松、抑制骨折修复的作用,表现在实验组动物的修复骨痂的骨矿含量、骨密度、骨痂钙、磷含量和碱性磷酸酶活性均高于对照组(P<0.05),血液粘度低于对照组(P<0.05).
结论:中药接骨丸对肾虚性骨折的愈合修复有明显的促进作用。 |

A biochemical study of the effect of “JIEGUWAN” on improving fracture healing of rabbits with SHENXU |
|
ABSTRACT
Objective: To study the therapeutic effect of “JIEGUWAN”(JGW)(herb pills for enhancing fracture healing) on fracture healing in animal models with SHENXU (kidney deficiency).
Methods:The bilateral mid shaft defects of 7mm were made in the radii of 24 rabbits,which were then divided into three groups.1.The JGW group and 2.The control group in both of them prednisone was used to produce SHENXU,and 3.The blank group was raised with routine feeding without receiving prednisone.JGW group were treated with JGW and other two groups (the control and the blank) had the same fracture and received no JGW.The animals were sacrificed at 3rd and 6th weeks for blood and callus analysis.
Results:The indices of callus repair in control group were lower than that of blank and JGW group,the plasm ALP and BMC,BMD,Ca and P of callus in JGW group were markly higher than that of control group (P<0.05).The blood viscosity of JGW group was significantly lower than that of control group.
Conclusion: Fracture healing was inhibited by prednisone.JGW antagonized this inhibition and improved the process of fracture healing. |
