目的:探讨老年人腰椎间盘突出症的临床特点和治疗方法。
方法:分析75例老年人腰椎间盘突出症临床症状、体征和影像学(X线、CT、MRI及腰椎管造影)变化特点。
结果:经平均30个月的随访,非手术治疗29例,优良率33.3%,手术治疗46例,优良率90%.
结论:老年人腰椎间盘突出症均为增生狭窄型腰椎间盘突出,突出的方式以破碎游离型为主,手术治疗优于非手术治疗。 |

| Intervertebral lumbar disc herniation of senile person |

ABSTRACT
Objective:To explore the clinical characteristics and treatment methods of intervertebral lumbar disc herniation (LDH) of senile person.
Methods:The clinical symptoms,signs and typical changes of imaging examinations (X ray,CT,MRI and lumbar spinal canal myelography) of 75 cases of LDH were analysed.Surgical or non surgical treatment methods were adopted according to different types of the lesions.
Results: The average period of follow up was 30 months.Of the 75 cases,29 were treated with surgical method and the excellent and good rate was 33.3%,46 with non surgical method and the excellent rate was 90%.
Conclusion:Most LDH in senile persons are of the type of hyperplasia stenosis and the herniations chiefly assume the piecemeal ruptured features.Surgical treatment is the option for the treatment of LDH of the senile individuals. |
