目的： 探讨颈椎弧度与年轻颈痛患者颈椎间盘膨隆程度的相关性。
方法： 回顾性分析2015年1月至2018年12月收治的539例年轻颈痛患者，其中男251例，女288例，年龄18~40（32.2±6.3）岁。通过颈椎X线和MRI检查测量患者的颈椎弧度和颈椎膨隆程度，并根据颈椎弧度将患者分为颈椎前凸组（颈椎弧度>7 mm）175例，颈椎直立组（0<颈椎弧度≤ 7 mm）163例和颈椎后凸组（颈椎弧度≤ 0 mm）201例。比较3组患者间颈椎间盘膨隆程度的差异，通过Pearson相关系数分析颈椎弧度与颈椎间盘膨隆程度的相关性。
结果： 颈椎前凸组、颈椎直立组、颈椎后凸组的颈椎间盘膨隆分别为（0.83±0.24） mm、（1.47±0.58） mm、（2.96±1.11） mm，颈椎前凸组的颈椎间盘膨隆程度小于颈椎直立组和颈椎后凸组（P<0.05）。Pearson相关性分析显示椎间盘膨隆程度与颈椎弧度呈显著负相关（R=-0.561，P<0.05）。
结论： 年轻颈痛患者的颈椎间盘膨隆程度与颈椎弧度减少密切相关。 |

| Correlation between cervical curvature and cervical disc bulging in young patients with neck pain |

Abstract:
Objective: To explore the correlation between the curvature of the cervical spine and the degree of cervical disc bulging in young patients with cervical pain.
Methods: The clinical data of 539 young patients with neck pain from January 2015 to December 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. There were 251 males and 288 females,aged 18 to 40 (32.2±6.3) years old. The cervical curvature and cervical disc bulging were measured by cervical X-ray and MRI. According to cervical curvature,the patients were divided into 175 cases of cervical lordosis group (cervical curvature > 7 mm),163 cases of cervical erection group (0
Results: The cervical disc bulging of cervical lordosis group,cervical erection group,and cervical kyphosis group were(0.83±0.24),(1.47±0.58),(2.96±1.11) mm,respectively. The degree of cervical disc bulging in cervical lordosis group was less than cervical erection group and cervical kyphosis group(P<0.05). Pearson correlation analysis showed that the degree of cervical disc bulging was significantly negatively correlated with cervical curvature(R=-0.561,P<0.05).
Conclusion: The degree of cervical disc bulging in young patients with neck pain is closely related to the reduction of cervical curvature. |
