| Clinical practice guideline of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine: atlantoaxial dislocation(AAD)(2019) |

| Abstract:Clinical Practice Guideline of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine:Atlantoaxial Dislocation(AAD) was enacted by the academic committee of spine surgery of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine. The guideline's recommendations forms by evidence-based medicine and the expert consensus of Integrative Medicine. The guideline's theoretical basis is "combination of disease and syndrome,treatments from the perspective of Du Meridian",the treatment principles is "spinal cord decompression,reconstruction of atlantoaxial stability". The objective of the guideline is providing an academic suggestion. The main contents include diagnostic criteria,traditional Chinese medicine's(TCM) dialectical method,clinical classification,treatment strategies and methods. |
