随着现代人们出行的次数增多,交通事故亦逐渐增多,骨盆的高能量损伤日趋多见且有加重的趋势。以往对骨盆骨折采取保守治疗,不稳定骨盆骨折(C型)致死致残率高,一直是临床处理中的重点和难点问题[1].笔者2009年6月至2011年7月采用Stoppa入路重建钢板固定骨盆前环骨折结合后方经皮重建锁定钢板固定骨盆后环骨折的技术治疗C型骨盆骨折16例,疗效满意,现报告如下。
