MicroRNA(miRNA)是一种在转录后水平调控基因表达的非编码蛋白的RNA分子,参与了各种重要的细胞生物学过程,如细胞增殖、分化、凋亡和脂代谢等.软骨损伤退变可引起多种骨关节疾病,尚无有效的治疗手段.目前研究已发现,miRNA在软骨细胞增殖分化以及合成与分解代谢中起重要作用.随着miRNA新的靶目标的研究发现,其重要作用进一步被证实.本综述总结了miRNA的合成与功能,及其在软骨损伤退变中的具体作用及调节机制.认为miRNA在软骨损伤退变所致疾病的发病机制中起重要作用,在诊断和治疗中有重要的潜在价值,为治疗退变性疾病提供了一种新的思路. |

The mechanism advance of MicroRNA in cartilage injury and degeneration |

Abstract:ABSTRACT MicroRNAs are a class of non-coding RNA molecules that regulate the gene expression at the post-transcription levels. They have been implicated in various important cellular processes,such as proliferation,differentiation,apoptosis and lipid metabolism etc. Cartilage injury and degeneration can cause various joint diseases,and the current clinical treatments are unsatisfactory. Current researches have found that miRNA play important roles in the proliferation and differentiation of chondrocyte and their synthesis and catabolism. With novel targets of MicroRNA have been found,their important roles have been further confirmed. The present review summarizes the current evidences of the synthesis and function of the miRNA,and their regulatory roles in the cartilage damage and degeneration. In summary,MicroRNA play important roles in disease pathogenesis resulted by cartilage injury and degeneration,and may have important diagnostic and therapeutic potential,further more,and might provide a novel means of treating degenerative diseases. |
