目的：分析比较老年原发性骨质疏松Colles骨折患者与无骨质疏松Colles骨折患者的临床特点。
方法：总结2007年6月至2009年6月治疗的260例Colles骨折门诊患者，男60例，女200例；平均年龄66.5岁。按Colles骨折的Cooney分型：Ⅰ型44例，Ⅱ型83例，Ⅲ型92例，Ⅳ型41例。其中96例为原发性骨质疏松骨折患者，164例为无骨质疏松骨折患者，对两组的一般项目、复位石膏固定后失效率及临床疗效进行比较。
结果：两组患者年龄、性别、骨折部位差异无统计学意义；骨质疏松组Ⅲ型及Ⅳ型骨折多于无骨质疏松组(P<0.01);骨质疏松组复位后失效率高于无骨质疏松组(P<0.01);随访6个月后，无骨质疏松组临床疗效优于骨质疏松组(P<0.01).
结论：原发骨质疏松性Colles骨折有其自身临床特点，治疗时需加以对症，勤复查，并加强医患沟通。 |

| Case-control study on the clinical characteristics of senile-osteoporotic Colles fracture |
|
Abstract:
Objective: To analysis and compare the clinical characteristics of Colles fractures between patients with osteoporotic and without osteoporotic.
Methods: From June 2007 to June 2009, 260 patients with Colles fracture were reviewed, including 60 males and 200 females, with a mean age of 66. 5 years old. According to Cooney classification:44 patients were typeⅠ, 83 patients were typeⅡ, 92 patients were typeⅢand 41 patients were typeⅣ。 Among the patients, 96 patients were osteoporotic Colles fractures, and 164 patients without osteoporotic. The general information, invalidiation rate and short-term clinical results were compared between two groups.
Results: There were no statistically difference of age, gender and fracture position between the two groups. There were more patients with typeⅢand typeⅣ, and higher invalidiation rate in osteoporotic Colles fracture group compared to those of no osteoporotic Colles fracture group(P<0. 01). At the 6 months after treatment, the clinical effects of no osteoporotic Colles fracture group was better than that of osteoporotic Colles fracture group(P<0. 01).
Conclusion: The senile-osteoporotic Colles fracture has different clinical characteristics, which should be given special treatment, frequent review and communication between doctors and patients during the period of treatment. |
