颈椎飞鞭损伤研究现状与进展

颈椎飞鞭损伤是颈部常见损伤，其发生机制及治疗最佳方法目前尚存争议。颈椎飞鞭损伤后产生慢性疼痛和劳动能力的丧失并非罕见，社会资源和经济成本耗费巨大。而颈椎飞鞭损伤后患者的临床表现和康复时间存在很大的个体差异性，且近来研究发现社会地位、碰撞严重程度、索赔与诉讼、身体与心理因素等都与颈椎飞鞭损伤预后有关。给医师的诊治带来了很大困难。本文试就颈椎飞鞭损伤的研究现状及进展进行综述。

Current study and research progress of whiplash injury of cervical vertebrae

Abstract:Whiplash injury is a common injures in our daily lives,but the mechanism of it and the best treatment is largely unknown. The development of chronic pain and disability following whiplash injury is not uncommon and results in substantial social and economic costs. Clinical manifestation and recovery time are difference,which make it difficult for doctor' diagnosis and treatment. The current study have shown that the social class,severity of collision,compensation and lawsuit,physical and psychological factors were relevant predictors for the outcome of whiplash. This article is try to overview the status quo of the whiplash injury.
