骨关节炎(osteoarthritis,OA)是力学和生物学因素共同作用下导致软骨细胞、细胞外基质以及软骨下骨三者降解和合成正常偶联失衡的结果。OA发病过程中生物力学因素的异常,导致MMPs/TIMPs的失衡,是OA发病的中心环节。因此本文就应力状态下软骨基质分解代谢的变化作一综述。 |

Change of cartilage matrix metabolism under stress |
|
Abstract:With the effects of the mechanics and biological factors,the imbalance between the degradation and synthesis of chondrocyte,extracelluar matrix and subchondral bone leads to the osteoarthritis. The imbalance between MMPs and TIMPs caused by biomechanical abnormality is the key factor of osteoarthritis. This review will focus on the stress and their roles in the metabolism of the cartilage matrix. |
