手法复位夹板固定治疗肱骨髁上骨折196例

肱骨髁上骨折是儿童常见的骨关节损伤,因肘关节的特殊解剖结构特征,使骨折的固定相对困难,易遗留肘内翻畸形、肘关节伸屈功能障碍及Volkmanns肌挛缩等.自1998年7月至2006年7月共收治196例肱骨髁上骨折,经临床治疗,效果满意,现就治疗情况及结果分析报告如下.
