腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣、腓肠外侧皮神经营养血管皮瓣、腓肠内侧皮神经营养血管皮瓣等是以腓肠神经及其周围血管为主要血液供应的皮瓣,其设计原理及手术步骤均基本一致,故我们认为可以总称之为腓肠神经营养血管系列皮瓣.
