手部严重挤压伤一直是临床常见的急症,由于伤情的不同,临床处理时很难有固定的模式来遵循.微创理念在骨科各个领域中得到推广和应用,逐渐成为一项指导临床工作的基本原则[1].我科采用微创技术治疗手部挤压伤,取得良好的效果.报告如下.
