胫骨骨折是骨科常见创伤之一.由于胫骨的解削特点,周围软组织少,骨折后对血供影响大及创伤中常合并严霞软组织挫伤、皮肤脱套伤甚至发生软组织的缺损,临床治疗困难.感染及不愈合率高,加之我院地处高海拔地区,氧分压低,交通状况差,处理相对滞后,信息闭塞,技术力量相对薄弱.更增加了处理的难度,延迟了骨折愈合时间.自1998年2月至
