改良全椎板切除术治疗腰椎管狭窄的疗效评价

随着老年人群数量的增加,腰椎管狭窄发病率有上升趋势.2002年至2007年对腰椎管狭窄患者25例行改良的全椎板切除减压手术治疗,术后疗效满意,分析报告如下.
