可吸收螺钉治疗胫骨远端骨骺骨折

自2000年2月至2006年4月,使用可吸收螺钉治疗胫骨远端骨骺骨折14例,近期观察后满意,现报告如下. 1 临床资料本组14例,男13例,女1例;年龄6-15岁,平均12岁;右侧8例,左侧6例.致伤原因为运动损伤.骨折按Salter和Harris分类[1]:Ⅱ型骨骺损伤10例,骨骺分离伴大片干骺端骨折;Ⅲ型骨骺损伤4例.关节内骨折加骺板的干骺端损伤,骨折移位明显.
