急性胃扩张的骨科病因探讨(附9例报告)

目的：分析急性胃扩张在骨科住院患者中发生的病因。

方法：自2006年8月至2008年3月的9例骨科患者合并急性胃扩张，确诊后给予禁食水、胃肠减压、肠道外营养等系统外科治疗，通过对其病程的观察总结其病因。

结果：9例患者中6例死亡，3例痊愈。

结论：急性胃扩张是死亡率很高的骨科合并症，创伤或手术刺激、长期卧床、体质虚弱是发生此类合并症的高危因素。

Study on orthopaedic causes of acute gastric dilatation (with 9 cases report)

Abstract:

Objective: To analyzes the major cause of acute gastric dilatation in orthopaedic patients.

Methods: There are nine confirmed cases of acute gastric dilatation from Aug. 2006 to Mar. 2008. All the patients were given the systematic treatment such as water deprivation,negative-pressure apparatus and parenteral nutrition. The causes of this complication were concluded by the observation through the course of disease.

Results: Six patients were dead and 3 patients got recovery.

Conclusion: Acute gastric dilatation is an orthopaedic complication with high mortality. And the wound,surgery stimulation,long-term bedridden and general weakness are higher dangerous factors for this kind of complication.
