垂直悬吊皮牵引配合夹板固定治疗小儿股骨干骨折

1998-2006年,共收治4岁以内小儿股骨干完全性骨折60例,均采用垂直悬吊皮牵引、手法整复、夹板固定治疗,效果满意,现报告如下。1临床资料本组60例,男32例,女28例;年龄3个月~4岁。左侧26例,右侧33例,双侧1例。60例均为闭合性骨折。骨折类型:斜形28例,横形10例,螺旋形20例,粉碎性2例。部位:上段19例,中段20例,下段21例。致伤原因:坠落伤35例,车祸伤20例,其他伤5例。
