距骨骨折脱位的治疗

距骨骨折脱位是足部较为严重的创伤,骨折脱位后容易发生距骨坏死和关节功能障碍,难以获得满意疗效。本院自1998年5月-2003年3月采用手法和手术复位治疗距骨骨折脱位86例,疗效满意,报告如下。1临床资料本组86例,男51例,女35例;年龄21~60岁,平均为31.7岁。伤后就诊时间40 m in~18 h。左侧47例,右侧39例;开放伤41例,闭合伤45例。骨折21例,脱位37例,骨折合并脱位28例。77例获得随访的病例按Hawk ins^[1]分类法分类:Ⅰ型36例,Ⅱ型21例,Ⅲ型14例,Ⅳ型6例。
