有限手术配合分期外固定治疗胫腓骨远端骨折

自2000年1月至2005年12月采用有限手术配合塑形夹板加中药敷垫与石膏分期外固定法治疗胫腓骨远端骨折42例,取得了骨折愈合快、并发症少的良好效果,现总结报告如下。1临床资料本组42例,男33例,女9例;年龄18~78岁,平均为38.2岁。致伤原因:行走滑倒7例,车祸跌倒24例,高处坠落伤11例。开放性骨折4例,闭合性骨折38例。所有患者均伴有腓骨骨折。按AO分类^[1]:43A₁型5例,43A₂型8例,43A₃型3例;43B₁型8例,43B₂型3例,43B₃型3例;43C₁型8例,43C₂型2例,43C₃型2例。
