多根骨圆针内固定治疗踝关节开放爆裂骨折7例

踝部骨折是最常见的关节内骨折,约占全身骨折的3.92%[1],青壮年最易发生。随着现代交通、工农业生产的发展,踝关节开放性粉碎性骨折的概率明显上升。自1998年3月-2004年10月对7例踝关节爆裂骨折患者采用多枚骨圆针内固定,治疗效果满意,现总结报告如下。
