尚天裕教授是我国骨伤治疗微创理念的积极倡导者与先行者。半个世纪前尚老开创的中西医结合治疗骨折新疗法,处处体现了骨折治疗的微创理念,他留给后人众多的传世之作,如今微创理念指导骨科发展得到国内外学者的共识。今年12月25日是尚天裕教授诞辰90周年,仅以此文表达我们对尚老的缅怀之情。1尚天裕治疗骨折的微创理念尚老集50年中西医结合治疗骨折之大成,精辟地论述了骨伤微创理念的精髓:中西医结合骨折疗法是吸取了中西医两者之长,但其指导思想、治疗原则是溯源于传统正骨,是在活血化瘀、祛瘀生新,动静结合、筋骨并重,骨肉相连、筋能束骨,祛腐生肌、偎脓长肉等原则指导下发展起来的。
