生物陶瓷是近20年来研究的热点之一,作为无机生物医学材料,其良好的生物相容性,在医学领域广阔的应用前景,越来越受到学者们的重视。而大鼠成骨细胞的体外复合培养,常被应用于评估材料与成骨细胞间的相互作用,特别是材料对细胞增殖、功能、黏附的影响,其结果往往成为材料体内植入实验的基地。随着相关文献的增多,结合近年来有关文献就生物陶瓷对大鼠成骨细胞增殖、功能、黏附的影响作一回顾和分析。

Effect of bioceramics on rat osteoblast cells cultured in vitro

Abstract:Bioceramics is one of the popular research in lastest 20 years,being inorganic biomedical materials,with fine biocompatibility,the broad application perspective in medical area,scientists has paid more attention on it.Combined cultivation of rat osteoblast cells in vitro,bioceramics always be used for evaluating the interaction between materials and osteoblast,especially the effects of materials on osteoblast cell proliferation,function,and adhesion,with the results being basic of implant experiment.This article has reviewed,analyzed the effects of proliferation,function,adhesion of rat osteoblast cells cultured in vitro with bioceramics.
