骨关节炎(Osteoarthritis,OA)是一种以关节软骨破坏,软骨下骨和滑膜反应为特征的慢性进行性骨关节疾病。近年报道细胞因子作为调节者,通过各种机制调节软骨细胞的功能活动,在关节软骨退变中起到了重要的作用,本文就相关因子作一综述。

The role of cytokines in the osteoarthritis cartilage degeneration

Abstract:Osteoarthritis(OA) is a chronic joint disease that involves degeneration of articular cartilage,limited intraarticular inflammation manifested by synovitis and changes in the subchondral bone.It has been reported laterly that cytokines,such as mediator,regulate the functions of chondrocytes through various mechanisms and play important roles in joint cartilage degeneration.This review will focus on the correlative cytokines and their roles in the osteoarthritis cartilage degeneration.
