创伤性骨质溶解症3例报告

创伤性骨质溶解症(post-traumatic osteolysis,PTOL)比较少见,其发病与损伤有关,临床主要表现为损伤部位的持续性疼痛及软组织肿胀,X线表现为局部大量骨质溶解,临床表现与影像学表现难与恶性肿瘤鉴别,易导致误诊误治,2003-2006年收治3例,现报告如下。例1,女,27岁,2年前因外伤致右肱骨外科颈骨折行断端钢板内固定,术后X线片显示断端对位对线良好,骨质无异常,术后6个月内定期行X线片复查,骨折愈合良好,骨质正常。骨折术后20个月时自觉患肩部隐隐作痛,并逐渐软组织肿胀,疼痛加重,功能受限,遂来我院诊治。
