脊柱胸腰段不稳定性骨折、不全截瘫合并多发性肋骨骨折致反常呼吸、血气胸是较严重的创伤,临床处理困难。自1999-2003年以双侧股骨髁上牵引和肋骨牵引法治疗该病7例,效果满意,报告如下。
