自2005年6月-2006年9月运用股前外侧皮瓣修复足踝部、手掌部的皮肤软组织缺损13例,效果满意。1临床资料本组13例,男10例,女3例;年龄32～70岁,平均41.5岁。机器伤7例,重物砸伤与木棍击伤各1例,车祸伤4例。其中足踝部软组织缺损5例,小腿远端软组织缺损合并慢性骨髓炎3例,手掌部软组织缺损4例,前臂软组织缺损1例。缺损面积:12cm×5cm～35cm×9.5cm。其中有7例合并骨缺损与骨外露,6例合并肌腱外露。手术切取皮瓣面积:6.5cm×15cm～11cm×36cm。
