膝关节伸膝装置粘连性僵硬的手术疗效观察

膝关节的伸膝装置粘连性僵硬是临床上常见的骨科并发症之一,自2001年2月-2005年10月,对34例此类患者采用关节镜下关节内松解加手术锐性松解、生物膜铺垫术治疗,获得较满意的疗效,报告如下。1临床资料本组34例,男28例,女6例;年龄16～52岁,平均36岁。均为单侧外伤后膝关节僵硬。病程12～26个月,平均17个月。僵硬原因:股骨中下段和股骨髁部骨折26例,股骨骨折合并髌骨骨折6例,股骨骨折行钢板螺钉固定,髌骨骨折行张力带钢丝固定;大腿段软组织伤并发骨化性肌炎2例。术前患膝屈曲活动度30°～70°,平均50°。
