三种方法治疗中老年人髌骨骨折临床对照试验

髌骨骨折是常见的关节内骨折,其手术治疗方法多,如AO张力带法、改良张力带法、环扎法、环扎加“8”字张力带法及聚髌器等。自1995-2005年应用3种内固定方法治疗髌骨骨折480例,对其中55～75岁中老年患者96例进行疗效分析,发现环扎加“8”字张力带法疗效显著,报告如下。1资料与方法1.1一般资料96例分为3组,分别采用AO张力带、聚髌器、环扎加“8”字张力带固定。A组(AO张力带组)共31例,男20例,女11例;年龄55～74岁,平均62.1岁;横形骨折13例,粉碎性骨折13例,上极骨折2例,下极骨折3例。
