克氏针-钢丝平衡牵拉固定治疗肩锁关节脱位疗效分析

肩锁关节完全脱位的手术治疗方法较多,临床报道疗效不一。我院2000-2005年共收治成人完全性肩锁关节脱位(AllmanⅢ度)26例,均采用了克氏针-钢丝平衡牵拉固定,疗效满意,现报告如下。1临床资料本组26例,其中男21例,女5例;年龄21～61岁,平均36岁;右侧17例,左侧9例;均为新鲜脱位,且为单侧,无合并锁骨、喙突及肩峰骨折。伤后距手术时间1～5d。查体:患肩锁骨外端向上翘起,肩部呈阶梯状,压痛明显,按压时有明显的浮动感,患肢上臂上举及外展功能受限。X线提示:肩锁关节完全脱位。
