喙突外移术治疗习惯性肩关节脱位

自1990年以来,采用同侧喙突外移可吸收螺钉加固盂唇结构的方法治疗习惯性肩关节脱位32例,取得了良好的效果,现报告如下。1临床资料本组32例,男26例,女6例;年龄18～62岁,平均36岁。左侧12例,右侧20例。脱位类型:喙突下型18例,盂下型10例,锁骨下型4例。32例均为单方向不稳定。首次发病到本次手术时间2～14年,平均7.1年。术前脱位次数2～58次,平均脱位次数12.8次。2治疗方法2.1术前准备术前通过详细询问病史及详尽的查体并结合常规X线检查以确定习惯性肩关节脱位的诊断,排除肩盂前下缘骨折。2.2手术步骤患者取仰卧位,高位颈丛神经阻滞麻醉或气管插管全身麻醉,常规消毒铺巾。
