肱骨远端C型骨折多发生于10岁左右的青少年,是一种常见的而且严重的肘关节损伤。根据受伤的机制和骨折的移位情况可以分为:裂纹型、伸直尺偏型、伸直桡偏型、屈曲尺偏型、屈曲桡偏型骨折。目前很多医院都因复位及外固定比较困难而采用手术治疗。
