中医药治疗骨肉瘤研究进展

在祖国医学中,骨肉瘤属“石痈”、“石疽”、“骨瘤”、“肉瘤”等范畴,它是一种好发于青少年的原发性恶性骨肿瘤,恶性程度高,预后差。目前西医多采用手术、化疗、放疗相结合的综合治疗,但术后易于复发和远处转移,放、化疗中存在着严重的胃肠道反应、骨髓抑制、心肌损害等不良反应。结合中医药治疗,可调动机体内在的抗肿瘤能力,杀灭残存肿瘤细胞,减少手术并发症,减轻化疗的不良反应,从而提高疗效,延长生存期,改善生存质量,有的甚至达到治愈的目的。中医辨证施治,整体观念较强,从患者全身症状来加以综合分析,立方遣药,不仅仅局限于癌肿,可以弥补西医之不足,有着广阔的发展前景。现将近年来骨肉瘤的中医药研究情况作一简要综述。
