骨松宝胶囊治疗老年人胸腰椎压缩性骨折疗效分析

微创球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术,是治疗老年骨质疏松脊柱压缩骨折安全有效的方法^[1]。然而,由于经济的问题以及观念的影响,大量的老年患者还是选择了保守治疗的方式。针对这类患者,我们寻求有效合理的药物,以达到缩短病程、早期康复的目的,发现采用保守治疗的同时辅以中成药骨松宝胶囊治疗,取得良好效果,现报告如下。1资料与方法1.1入选标准及分组方法①标准:年龄≥55岁,按AO分型均属A型压缩性骨折,属轻度外伤引起的轻型骨折,无明显神经受损表现。②分组:本组住院病例共50例,随机分为实验组25例,对照组25例。实验组男15例,女10例;年龄55～82岁,平均67.5岁。
