胫骨多段骨折是小腿严重骨折中的一种特殊类型,具有软组织损伤严重、手术治疗难度大、游离骨折段容易出现缺血性坏死及骨不连接等特点。本文回顾1998年6月-2005年5月采用带锁髓内钉治疗胫骨多段骨折23例,总结如下。
