膝前交叉韧带(ACL)损伤后造成膝关节不稳定而影响生活和工作,并将导致半月板损伤和退行性关节炎。自2001年6月至2004年11月,共收治9例患者,在关节镜下用自体髌韧带或半腱肌重建膝前交叉韧带,手术操作方便,固定牢固,术后膝关节功能恢复良好。
