牵引式夹板治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折

自2002年3月-2006年1月采用牵引式夹板治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折59例,取得较好疗效,现报告如下。1临床资料本组59例,男37例(1例为双侧),女22例(1例骨折为双侧);年龄28～79岁,平均54.3岁。摔伤37例,交通伤14例,坠落伤8例。骨折按AO分类:A型5侧,B型13侧,C型43侧,受伤至手术时间为0.5h～3d,平均6h。2治疗方法2.1器材①克氏针,直径1mm。②小夹板,为市售桡骨远端塑形夹板,分为中号、大号2种,其中掌侧或背侧夹板用直径2.5mm铁丝,超出夹板20cm,呈M形(见图1)。③橡皮筋若干。
