膝关节及其周围的创伤常常会导致膝关节活动度的丧失,临床上主要表现为膝关节僵直。目前治疗上仍有一定的困难,膝关节粘连松解的各种手术方法也存在着较多的并发症。自2002年4月至2006年4月,对20例病程超过6个月的膝关节僵直患者,进行了关节镜辅助下小切口粘连松解手术,获得安全有效的治疗结果。
