经皮内固定治疗髌骨骨折

髌骨骨折是常见的关节内骨折,其发生率约占所有骨骼损伤的1%,传统的手术治疗方法多在切开复位后行克氏针张力带或空心钉内固定,手术创伤较大和功能恢复慢,术后易发生隐神经髌下支的损伤、切口皮肤坏死和感染等并发症。自2002年3月以来,在C形臂X线机监测下闭合复位,经皮行克氏针张力带或空心钉内固定治疗髌骨骨折17例,取得了满意的临床疗效,现报告如下。
