腰椎管狭窄症,其传统的手术方法多是椎板切除、椎管扩大,术中一并切除脊柱后方韧带复合体(棘突、棘上韧带、棘间韧带),术后随诊不少患者发生腰椎不稳。近来,随着对腰椎手术患者的重视和随访时间的增长,观察到腰椎术后不稳的患者增多[1]。
