胫腓骨中下段开放性粉碎性骨折手术治疗临床分析

胫腓骨中下段骨折常伴有严重软组织损伤,治疗时骨科医生感到非常棘手,目前对于开放性粉碎性骨折倾向于手术治疗。我科对于在1998年6月-2005年12月Gustilo分型Ⅰ、Ⅱ型的胫腓骨中下段开放性粉碎性骨折病例及愈后作一回顾性分析。1临床资料本组150例,其中男88例,女62例;年龄1770岁,平均35岁;左侧84例,右侧66例。致伤原因:车祸伤120例,压砸伤18例,坠落伤12例。
