自体血回收技术在高龄髋部骨折中的应用

髋部骨折创伤大,失血多,尤其是老年人,术中常需输血。为降低异体输血所带来的风险、缓解血源紧张,我院自2002年4月至2006年4月为32例老年髋部骨折手术患者应用自体血回吸收机（2000型）效果良好,以下作回顾性分析。
